2013 Take a Walk in Her Shoes
Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (EDT)
Join us to raise awareness about sexual assualt in our community. In 2012, 136 survivors of sexual assualt from 17 counties in three states were served by the Adena Sexual Assualt Nurse Examiner Program and the Southern Ohio Sexual Assault Survivor Advocates.
By participating in the 2013 Take a Walk in Her Shoes, you will be helping us help those who have experienced sexual violence. Not only will your participation help us raise awareness, but your donation will allow us to purchase supplies for survivors and train volunteer advocates to work with survivors when they are at Adena.
Packet Pickup and Registration begins at 3 PM
Walk Starts at 4 PM
$15 registration fee includes the cost of one t-shirt, a $7 value.
Pre-Registration is requested by April 1. Anyone registering after this time won't be guranteed a t-shirt by the day of the walk.
